1st October, an ending and a beginning.
Well, I was thinking I’ve written enough goodbyes and I love you and stuff already during the past week, but no… It doesn’t feel enough, because I don’t want it to admit that it’s over. It will never feel enough, because I will never be able to put down in words how much I love every single one of you who has been involved in this journey. IFMSA Team of Officials, SCORP International Team/Sessions Team, AM15 participants and all other amazing members, who are trying to change the world.
Even though 4 months was way too short to spend together with you, I feel extremely grateful for getting the opportunity to meet you, to work with you and to get to know you at least a little bit. Thank you IFMSA for uniting all these devoted, hard working, creative, crazy, intelligend, inspiring, kind hearted and amazing people from different countries, backgrounds and culture, and for introducing them to me. I feel like I have so much more to say, but I don’t know how.
This goodbye is a goodbye to the term. I’m still hoping and expecting to meet you all again, and I can’t wait to see what amazing things the future will bring – for our Standing Committee, for the Federation, and for every person that I’ve met.
Goodbye 2014/2015, hello 2015/2016. From today on I will do my very best as your SCORP Development Assistant.
